Having Cold Showers Helped During a Stressful Work Week

I've always been a bit of a stress-head. I'm the type of person who overthinks everything and worries about all the little things. This can be a great quality in some ways, but it can also be a real pain in the neck, especially when I'm having a stressful week at work.
